Abacus Cards and Clare Maddicott Publications are a leading supplier of greeting cards, stationery and gift wrap.  We publish a diverse and innovate range of products which are lovingly designed and created by our in-house studio and array of freelance artists, photographers and illustrators.  We supply thousands of retailers throughout the UK, via our national team of territory sales managers and, through our overseas distributors, we export our designs around the world.

The role and responsibilities:

Role will involve setting up new products and maintaining existing lines on our system and website.

Regular checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of product imagery on our system and website, ensuring that product categories and filtering options are up to date.

Collaborating with third-party publishers ensuring product information and accompanying images are provided in full and on-time, to enable products to be set up.

Obtaining quotations from suppliers and confirming orders.

Approving printed sample copies.

Collation and despatch of samples to our sales team and customers.

Liaising with our distribution warehouse.

License extensions and renewals.
