Christmas Collection 2023
Charity Christmas packs form a large part of our Christmas business. Behind our Christmas charity cards are four incredible causes who all aid others in amazing ways. Funds raised through the sale of the Abacus charity packs are split equally between the British Heart Foundation and Marie Curie, and for the Clare Maddicott brand the contribution is divided evenly between Parkinson’s UK and Young Lives vs. Cancer. Last year alone our charitable donation exceeded £49,000, this in turn went to help fund work by these commendable organisations.
Following on from the success of our new BBC branded packaging our 2023 charity Christmas offering will be neatly packaged with printed paper bands. Not only are the bands translucent, so as not to obscure the image, but they are also fully recyclable to help reduce waste. Sustainability is important to us therefore, we are also super proud to support UK industry by ensuring that all our cards and envelopes are printed, manufactured, and packaged here in the UK. The Abacus range comprises of forty-five designs, formatted to 137mm square, and includes an excellent choice of subjects.
When your Christmas cards list grows, it’s time to buy cards in bulk! Back by popular demand are our classic range of bumper box designs, these offer excellent quality and value for money. The range consists of twelve designs. From woolly hat wearing animals to stunning chilly Christmas scenes we have the perfect bumper boxes to suit your nearest and dearest. Offering a fantastic choice of photographic and illustrative options the designs are formatted to 160mm square, each box contains 27 cards of three designs and are accompanied by white envelopes.
In addition to our ever-popular bumper boxes we also have a supreme collection of luxury sleeve box designs. The range comprises six gorgeous illustrative designs, all of which feature intricate hot foil and emboss details. Presented to a 137mm square, each pack contains ten cards of one design, these are accompanied by quality white envelopes. Beautifully presented in a box with an attractive printed outer sleeve, each one is unique to the design inside. The sleeve not only secures the opening box flaps, but it also showcases the finished cards within.
Brand new for 2023 are our beautifully, packaged luxury 160mm square aperture boxed cards. These exquisitely finished designs feature a variety of themes from native woodland animals through to a beautiful polar bear set within a magical snow globe scene. These charming designs are superbly packaged in a stunning paper lined navy blue aperture window box, this allows the intricately foiled and embossed cards inside to be clearly seen. Each box contains 10 luxury cards of one design, the contents are clearly detailed on the outer packaging in gold foil.
Spread a little the festive joy and cheer to family, friends and neighbours with the heartfelt act of writing a Christmas card. Searching for that special card, then look no further. We have a charming assortment of single captioned cards ranging from the thoughtful and tasteful to the fun and amusing. The offering includes designs for males, females, and general relation titles as well as occasion cards. Each design is beautifully presented, the offering includes a variety of finishes, including hot foil, embossed details, die cut as well as a selection of hand finished designs. The collection offers a tremendous breath of captions titles, sizes and price points, including extra large hand finished luxury boxed cards.
Caring for the environment is crucial to us too, all our cards, envelopes and boxes are printed and manufactured in the UK using sustainably sourced papers and boards, all of which are fully recyclable. To help offset our carbon footprint, we have engaged with Ecologi.com, a tree planting scheme. Ecologi run many impactful projects, of these we’ve chosen to plant a tree for each customer order placed.
